The Hammers were a part of the first competitive 15’s season for high school girls in Colorado for years. We celebrated the return of competitive 15’s girls rugby with a third place finish. The Hammers finished 2-2 for the season.
The ladies participated in the Rugby Colorado Fall 7’s season in 2023. They participated in 6 regular tournaments with both Rugby Colorado and CIRA teams. The Hammers Ladies participated in another pilot season to bring back 15’s for high school girls in Colorado. We competed against Denver East and Mountain Vista Vipers for 4 weekends.
The Hammers Ladies were back to having both a division 1 and division 2 team! The season was very successful and the Hammers ended 3rd place in division 2 and 1st place in division 1. The Hammers finished the final match against the Lumberjackies 40-0!

We were so grateful to play rugby in the Spring of 2021. Because of weather cancellations the ladies only played four 7’s tournaments during the season and were arguably one of the most improved teams of the season!
