- What is the season start and end date?
Practice for the Spring 15’s season begins on March 4 and goes until state finals on May 11.
2. When are the practice days, times, and location?
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 5-6:30pm at Kruse Elementary School.
3. Game scheduling?
April 6 – Hammers vs. Lumberjackies/Monarch @ Turner Middle School, Berthoud, 11:00 AM **Scrimmage
April 13 – Hammers vs. East/Regis High Schools, Marshdale Park, Evergreen, 9:00 AM
April 20 – Hammers vs. Vipers @ Turner Middle School, Berthoud, 9:30 AM
April 27 – Hammers vs. Lumberjackies/Monarch @ Highlands Ranch High School, 10:30 AM
May 11 – State Finals @ Inifinity Park, Glendale, Time TBD
4. Cost for joining and cost for uniforms?
The cost to join for the spring season is $195, $24 goes to USA Rugby Membership (Insurance), $11 to USA Rugby Youth and High School (these are both only paid once a year so players who registered in the Fall will not have to pay this fee for the Spring), $80 goes to Rugby Colorado Membership (field rental, referee fees, and trainer fees for match days), and $80 goes to Hammers Rugby Club (training field rental, equipment, and a team set of jerseys). Players will need a mouthguard and cleats to play rugby.
Player families are responsible for purchasing Hammers Rugby Shorts (embroidered) and socks through O’Brien Rugby.
